Property Manager for our Elk Grove office which serves Elk Grove, Sacramento, Galt, Lodi areas. This position requires you to manage for various owners and multiple properties. This is a fast paced environment for a self motivated, positive and energetic individual. Must have good marketing, customer service and organizational skills. Will need to understand financial reports and have good writing ability. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of Section 8, Fair Housing laws and low income housing helful. Will be in charge of ensuring tenant's pay rent, by serving 3 day notices. Will handle move-in and move out inspections, signing leases, showing vacant units to prospective tenants. prepare Security Deposit Refund Reconcilliations, monitor jobs performed by vendors, communicate with owners regarding issues on their property. Represent owner's in court and handle evictions.
